In the fourth concert of the New York Philharmonic’s 15th annual summer residency at Bravo! Vail, Music Director Alan Gilbert and the New York Philharmonic give the World Premiere of Julia Adolphe’s White Stone, commissioned by Bravo! Vail. Of the third piece she's written for the New York Philharmonic, the composer says: “White Stone captures the struggle to be resilient and powerful in the face of overwhelming obstacles and fear of defeat.” Check out an excerpt of the new work's World Premiere.
