David Geffen Hall New York Philharmonic

This evening, at a ceremony before our Opening Gala Concert, our home becomes David Geffen Hall, in honor of Mr. Geffen’s $100 million gift to Lincoln Center toward the renovation of the hall, planned to commence in 2019. It’s the beginning of an exciting and transformative new chapter of New York Philharmonic history that we look forward to sharing with you.

As you may have noticed, our online home has changed, too! Nyphil.org has a new look.

The Philharmonic is always seeking to create an online experience that is simple, elegant, and easy to use. The site still has all the features you enjoy, such as online ticket exchanges, print-at-home tickets, and the ability to chat online with a member of our Customer Relations department.

The design changes are dramatic but focused: bigger (and more) images, sleeker menu features, and more program details combine to make you feel closer to the music than ever before. We hope you’ll feel the artistry and energy of the Philharmonic right at your fingertips, whether on your desktop, tablet, or phone.

We hope you like it and invite you to explore. If you’d like to share your thoughts about the new site, email us at nypfeedback@nyphil.org.
