This week many of you have seen the new online “waiting room” on our website, and we just want to explain that a bit.
Every August pre-season ticket sales increase site traffic significantly (up to 15x normal volume). Sometimes that can slow down the site and make things harder for you. So this year, we’re trying out the “waiting room” to help avoid slowdowns and keep the site available and efficient for all. The average wait is less than 1 minute, and you’ll see this queue only sporadically over the next 2 weeks.
