The New York Philharmonic is making all efforts to protect the health of our guests, musicians, and staff. To that end, starting March 1, 2022, all attendees will be required to show proof that they have received a COVID-19 booster shot, based on eligibility determined by the CDC, in addition to proof of vaccination against COVID-19 with a vaccine authorized by the World Health Organization or the Food and Drug Administration. Those not yet eligible for a booster will be able to continue to enter with proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. Additional protocols may be required to attend, in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines for health and safety.
By voluntarily entering a concert, the attendees voluntarily assume all risks incident to attending a New York Philharmonic performance and related events, including the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria, or illnesses that cause sickness, and hereby waive all potential claims relating to such risks.
