Friday, January 29, 2010, 2:45PM: Taking advantage of the weekend in Cologne, which includes a free day, Concertmaster Glenn Dicterow visits the Kölner Dom. Built on the site of a 4th century Roman temple, the cathedral — a World Heritage Site — was the world’s tallest building at its completion, but lost the title in 1884 to the Washington Monument.
