Audience members of all ages enjoy and learn from Young People's Concerts.

Support from the foundation community is an important resource for the New York Philharmonic. Foundation grants support the Philharmonic's presentations and education programs that reach thousands of adults and children each year. Foundation grants can support the Philharmonic as a whole or can be designated to particular programs, projects, or funds including but not limited to:

• Specific Concerts or Concert Series
• Commissioning of New Work
• Philharmonic Ensembles
• Radio Broadcasts
• Philharmonic Tours
• Archives
• Education Programs
• Support for specific education programs including:Young People's Concerts, the School Partnership Program, School Day Concerts, among others.
• Parks Concerts which offer outdoor programs free to the public
• Ticket subsidy fund
• Endowment
