Join a small group of music lovers for lively conversations about music being performed in concert. Events are hosted by musicians of the Philharmonic and include live performance, biographical information, music analysis, and comparative listening. Refreshments will be served.

Debuting with the New York Philharmonic in 1885 at the age of 18, virtuoso violinist Maud Powell gave the U.S. premieres of concertos by Dvořák, Tchaikovsky, and Sibelius (works being performed by the New York Philharmonic and guest artists this autumn). Discover more about the pioneering spirit of this American artist.
